I honestly did not have a good experience at Glenbrook Dodge. When my fiancée and I pulled up to the building to look at Jeep Wranglers, I had already looked at the vehicle on Glenbrook Dodge’a website an Dodge. When my fiancée and I pulled up to the building to look at Jeep Wranglers, I had already looked at the vehicle on Glenbrook Dodge’a website and found the one that I want. So when Ken Starnes walked up, he didn’t tell us his name but I told him exactly which model I was looking for with what specific features. He took us over to them and I went to the one that I found online. I had to ask before he would let us look inside the vehicle and seemed reluctant to go get the keys and let me do a test drive when we returned to the dealership, Ken went inside for something and didn’t come back out until half an hour later after we had to ask someone to get him. It seemed like he did not take us seriously because we are young, as he was checking his phone and was not talkative during the test drive and did not seem like he wanted to be there. If it took any longer for him to come back and was still so rude, we would have walked away. He also told me the Jeep had the 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, when it actually has the 3.6-liter 6-cylinder. I knew more about the vehicle that he did. When he finally came back out and we started talking financing, then he got much more chipper and wanted to help us. Finance was even worse, as he sped through everything and did everything he could to get me to pay more than I was willing to. But that’s expected out of a car dealership. Then, a couple days later, one of my tires was low, so I took.it to the service center. They couldn’t find a leak so they told me it was a slow leak and to come back if it got worse (it was already losing 8-10PSI per day, so it was not a slow leak) and didn’t even pump my tire back up for me, despite telling Ken that they did when he called over to the service center. So I had to go back on another day to get it fixed, and when I asked to speak to a sales manager to get the problem fixed, none of them could be bothered to help. Nick Stoffel from finance actually helped me when he saw I wasn’t being helped. I appreciated what he did. When I went to the service center, they found the leak very quickly by spraying the rim with soapy solution while the tire was still on the vehicle so it had weight on it and since it was close to closing time, they asked if I could come back again the following day and spend a THIRD day there to fix a tire that was not my fault on a brand new $40,000 vehicle. So I did not have the best experience at Glenbrook Dodge and will not be recommending them to anyone. More
