I came in for a recall. It took 10 minutes just to check in then when I came back to pick up my car it took almost 20 minutes. The person at the cashier desk couldn’t find m It took 10 minutes just to check in then when I came back to pick up my car it took almost 20 minutes. The person at the cashier desk couldn’t find my keys (that were where in the file where she was looking) so she told my that my service tech had my keys. I had to wait for my service tech who was helping someone else and then left for several minutes. When he finally returned he found my keys the the folder next to the cashier! No one apologized for the delay or for waiting. More
