Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Toyota store. It took over 2.5 hours for a simple inspection. My premium care plan that I pay for monthly was not upheld so I was charged in full for the vi store. It took over 2.5 hours for a simple inspection. THEN I was told there was irreparable damage to one of my tires due to a nail and it would cost $800 (!!) to fix. I took the car to a local tire shop, they removed the nail and said the tire was completely fine didn't even need a patch. My entire visit with you was a disaster. More
