Went to glen Toyota for a 10k mile service Generally happy with the service received and wash performed. Service center called in less than 2 hours from drop off. However when I reached, the advisor was happy with the service received and wash performed. Service center called in less than 2 hours from drop off. However when I reached, the advisor was missing and had to wait for a while for an alternate person to look at my service and billing and get my keys. Probably because the day was busy with customers but I would Expect them to let me know if there is delay. Overall satisfied with the service. More
