However my team did text you the radio quote since you were in a rush when you were here and did make multiple attempts to reach you via phone and text. Additionally we did not charge you a diagnostic fee after pulling out your radio from the dash to perform and extensive check. Also to tag all of our Advisors with negativity and bash us is blatantly cruel and out of control since they were not the ones to help you and one is not even here she is on maternity leave.
