For example , my car had a little issue with the brakes that I thought it was a problem, but the technician John went as far as taking me on a test drive to explain to me how the abs system work and that there was no problem with it . Nathalie as well was very helpful and tried to get every single one of my concerns explained granted this is my first car and I don't really know much about cars . Also the staff was very friendly and all of them had a smile on their faces which in my opinion is a very important thing, nobody wants to deal with grumpy staff lol. I want to thank Neil for checking up on me and the car and making sure everything is ok . You guys rock !! Keep doing what you're doing . More

Poor communication I took my 2017 Highlander in because it was making a whining noise while driving. When I took it in, I insisted on taking it for a ride with the tech. I took my 2017 Highlander in because it was making a whining noise while driving. When I took it in, I insisted on taking it for a ride with the tech. He heard the noise right away. He told me that he had to contact Texas because when he hooked it up to the computer, it did not show anything. I received a call two days later telling me that Texas advised them that they wanted to change the transmission on my vehicle that had 6,000 miles on it. I was also told that the transmission was backordered and did not know when it would be in. I took my Highlander down to the dealer because the noise was getting worse and I picked up a Rav 4 loaner car. It ended up being a month before the part finally came in. I just received very poor communication from my service writer (Natalie) and the service manager (Jeff Forkins). Very unhappy as the way I could never get either one on the phone when I called. More
