No issues ! Service Manager was the Best! I came in on an issue that was covered by my extended warranty only problem was that I could not find it. I remembered having work done a few years ba I came in on an issue that was covered by my extended warranty only problem was that I could not find it. I remembered having work done a few years back at Glen so I went back hoping they would have a record. Not only did they have a record, I also had the same Service Manager (Ms Willis). She was extremely helpful and contacted the warranty company to make sure I was covered. Once confirmed, I dropped off my car at night (after hours) and picked it up the next day. The 4 star rating (instead of 5) is because they need to put in better lighting in the new service drop off area. The old service area was adjacent to the sales area so there was always plenty of light . Otherwise it was a great experience and I was happy with the service (thanks Nicole!). More

Oil change and strut replacement My only concern is that I was charged $129 for a cabin filter change that I did not authorize. I did ask for a point service and oil change.
