Expensive and bizarre.handling of job The alternator replacement was $50 more than the very highest estimate for this specific repair on this make and model. I texted several times for an invoice quote and received no reply for 4.5 hours until after the repair was done! The car was delivered with a cosmetic cap removed unprofessionally from the dashboard. It looked like it was chiseled out with a screwdriver. My daughter found it on the floorboards of the car in a mangled state. I have no idea why it was removed and why it was ruined and left on the floor of the car. Nobody at Glen cares to address the matter. I do not plan on having my cars.serviced at Glen anymore. I will take them to private mechanics. Warranties.were never honored anyway and recalls never followed through. I do not feel like your place is on the level. More

Terrible Waited 10 minutes before salesperson was assigned to me, even though there were a number of salespersons available. I think they saw a 62 year old black guy dressed causally and didn't give me a 2nd thought. Also salesperson offered us new floor mats and then said no. Told his mgr who said salesperson could pay out of their pocket instead of at least offering a deal. We purchase the vehicle and it only had fuel for 87 miles. We just purchased a vehicle and had to buy gas to get home. Dealership should train their staff to treat all potential customers with respect, as they do in the service department. More

I made an early morning appointment that I could not get to on time, so they accommodated me later in the day. They kept me updated on progress & discussed recommended maintenance procedures. A couple of days later my tire inflation warning light illuminated & they told me to come right back in to get the car checked out. They discovered a nail in one of my tires that had obviously been acquired in the time since the maintenance appointment & patched up my tire for no charge. Overall, they handled every situation well. More
