Driver door locks while engine is running.....locked out From the salesman......who ripped us off on the lease, to returning to the service center to fix the Driver Door lock, the remote does not open driver From the salesman......who ripped us off on the lease, to returning to the service center to fix the Driver Door lock, the remote does not open driver door. You have to crawl over from the passenger side to enter. The service center said there is nothing they can do!!!! This is a 2017, leased in Sept 2017, and the service center says they can not do anything for us, .While we love the car, the whole leasing experience as well as the service department issue , we would never recommend this Toyota Dealer ship!!!! First timer After 3 summers of no ac, I finally decided that it’s time to buy a new car. A co-worker of mine advised me to get it through Costco which I did. Tom Jacobsen who is our rep is nice enough to show us around without an appointment as suggested by Costco . What a I like in him the most is He’s willingness to listen to us. He also showed us the price savings via Costco when we asked but somehow when I went to the finance department The price savings is gone. They applied their apr promo instead. it’s very confusing to me. Lesson learned, understand all this promo before going. More
