Problem with battery and alternator I came in to replace the battery or alternator because two other places told me I had a problem with both of them I scheduled an appointment and cam I came in to replace the battery or alternator because two other places told me I had a problem with both of them I scheduled an appointment and came in and right away was greeted warmly by an associate. Before I left the associates told me to wait in the waiting area and they would run a series of test to make sure what the actual problem was. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and waited for the test to be completed. The manager came back within 20 minutes and explained that my car had no problems. I was so happy I didn't have to spend money on something I didn't need. Thank you for everyone's help More

Great service I sought out Glen Toyota as a follow-up to less than stellar service received at another dealership. Rather than waiting more than a week for an appointment I was able to have my issues settled within 48 hours. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and Ryan and the technician who actually worked on my vehicle were extremely proactive which I greatly appreciated. More

Service My vehicle came in for a a recall about the undercarriage spray however upon inspection the technicians decided that my truck showed no signs of rust My vehicle came in for a a recall about the undercarriage spray however upon inspection the technicians decided that my truck showed no signs of rust and they opted not to spray the undercarriage I also went in for a tire change or oil change and tire rotation and driving the vehicle off the lot I noticed that the car pull to the left now I know it I know somebody drives it after they do after they do service on a vehicle they didn't notice that my trucks pulling to the left? I should have got called up or texted mediately and give me the option of a front end alignment the customer shouldn't find out there's something wrong with a vehicle when he's on the main Highway? now I'm going up to take time off from work and make another visit to do a front end alignment or I bring my truck elsewhere and give the business to somebody else More
