My wife and I were having trouble with the workings of the cars computer and she went over it in detail. She even gave my wife her cellphone number so we could call if we had problems. This was my second visit to Glen Toyota service and Andrew made both visits excellent! He is friendly, professional and efficient. I used to dread getting an oil change because I’d be trapped with strangers in a small room for 1.5 hours. Not only did Andrew remember my name as I entered, he kept me informed if/what work was to be done to my vehicle and had me on my way in no time!
