Got my car serviced just about 3 weeks ago , was told brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack affixed and to get the brakes checked again . Something was not fitted properly and needed some time to get repaired . Not impressed . I had to leave the car one since hitch needed to be fitted too. After picking up car , followed up for some bike rack accessories and was told I would get a call back . Never happened so ordered the parts directly via Yakima . I was told that the Toyota Service Center is not the best . Next time I will probably take the car somewhere else . More

The staff is alyays friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for a recall and was taken right on time. William Hughes checked me in and, as promised, called when the car was ready for pickup. Service center rotated my tires. It appears they did not as the leaking tire is in the same spot.
