Quality Work Service rep kept informing me of the status of the repairs needed based on my alerting him to the A/C blowing hot air. He also looked up and found my Service rep kept informing me of the status of the repairs needed based on my alerting him to the A/C blowing hot air. He also looked up and found my repairs were covered by my extended warrantee. That was very good news. While A/C repair and oil change were performed properly (thank you very much), I had to wait 5 hours for the job to be completed, despite the part (A/C/compressor) being in stock, and I was told a Driver would take me home, but he never showed up so I had to wait the entire time. More

In the past, we've always had a good experience but this time was not the same; we were disappointed. I asked one of the associates if my car was ready and he barely answered me while walking away. When I got there, I told them what I needed which included a tire rotation. After waiting, they told me I needed a tire rotation and ended up waiting over an hour more for them to do that. I told them from the beginning that I needed one. It was as if they ignored me. Very disappointed. My appointment was at 8:30 and I did not leave until after 1pm. More

Extremely pleasant from the greeter at the door to the last person you see when you leave. When I got home and looked over the receipt I was confused where it said total invoice and there was a dollar amo last person you see when you leave.
