Service experience is very detailed, professional, clear, & gives the customer a visual understanding of their vehicle, if any other services are needed, required, or recommended. The other issue I came across is the complementary car wash, it is a nicely added touch. It was a poorly done/executed exterior wash. I have experienced other dealerships, and the vehicle is returned looking beautiful with a showroom shine. I was extremely disappointed when I received and saw my vehicle! More
