Saw car in service area and before 10am tech drove it back to front. I waited to be called and after 15minutes went to service area. Advisor stated he did not do the invoice yet. Did not finish until 10:30 -unnecessary waste of MY time. More

Overall we were pleased with your service. However, when we came to finalize our lease it took a very long time.
