It took so long for my car being in car wash!!! I was timing in where it was displayed stating that my car was entering car wash. Half hour?!? Glen Toyota should have repaired my tire free of charge because it was still covered by a road hazard warranty. Instead I was charged $250. I have since found my receipt from when I replaced all 4 tires, which was within the warranty period. I called and texted the advisors at Glen Toyota at least 5 times asking to return my call and refund my payment, and I haven’t received a single call from Glen Toyota. I still think this shop does good work, but I will think twice before returning there. Very poor service this time around. More

in the past, I always considered the service at Toyota to be top tier. My wife has a Ford and until recently the level of service their was way under par. This recent service experience was not up to the h be top tier. My wife has a Ford and until recently the level of service their was way under par. This recent service experience was not up to the higher standards I received in the past primarily because , I could not reach the service department by phone several times necessitating me to leave a voicemail twice which was never returned. I was not given any update on the condition of my my repair after the green light to go forward with a lot more changes than I had anticipated but agreed to. The car was there for 2 full days and I felt lucky to be able to get it at the very end of day 2 More

We loved working with Richard. He was attentive and not pushy. He greeted us when we arrived and was patient with us. He answered all our questions. He took the time to sit with us in the vehicle and show pushy. He greeted us when we arrived and was patient with us. He answered all our questions.
