I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 3. 5 hours for my car to be finished. I had to inquire 3 times. When I received the invoice it showed that it was only work on for 1.7 hours. So why did 5 hours for my car to be finished. I had to inquire 3 times. When I received the invoice it showed that it was only work on for 1.7 hours. So why did I wait almost 2 hours more? This is after I was told that I would be called when the part for my recall came in and after 7 weeks of radio silence I called to see if it was in. This treatment also comes after driving back to the service center after the first time I brought it in for a recall because the technician left his light in my car. I figured after doing a favor and driving back 15 minutes to return a lost item I wouldn’t have to wait 7 weeks, fulfill someone else’s job for them, and then wait almost 2 hours on top of the time it actually took to work on the car. I will not be returning and neither will either of the other members of my household. More
Stephen was very new, he advised to the car sales business, so we were aware of this up front and appreciated him telling us.
