Very bad communication skills between customer service (phone) employees and the service department. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in a month and a half for the same problem, and I (phone) employees and the service department. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in a month and a half for the same problem, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the work done. I won’t be returning there, after many years of taking all my vehicles there. In fact, I will most likely switch to another vehicle brand.
