After visiting 9 dealers , 5 were Toyota I chose Glenn Toyota they had the Highlander with the equipment I wanted. Others were too pushy or would not sit and negotiate, it was take it or leave it. I was a bit disappointed with Nick and the lady transferring calls. I called Nick at 11am day after dropping off and was told he was on the phone and would be given the message that I called. The next day I called again around 1pm to see what was happening and woman who answered phone said Nick was out and I'll have to wait till he gets back. I asked to the manager or someone else and was put on hold for over 5 mins and then phone was picked up and hung up. I called back again and got Bruce who was very helpful and said he was doing paperwork and to come on in. I've dealt with Bruce before and always found him helpful and friendly. More
