BEWARE of this dealership they are the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever went too. Toyota has really went down hill when it comes to making people feel comfortable with bringing there ve unprofessional dealership I’ve ever went too. I had 3 bad experiences with them I bought my sienna there on 3 different occasions for an oil change. The first time they stripped the threads for the plug and they tried to say because it was worn out. They ended up replacing the plug. 2nd time they did the same thing and had to put a new plug. Who would have thought this would happen again smh. I guess 3x a charm because it happened for the 3rd time. I called Jason the service advisor and was told I get too many oil changes and my vehicle was old. Talk about unprofessional wow I have never. Also I was told by him I don’t spend enough money with them I only get oil changes. The nerve of him to say but it’s a good thing I only come for that because it seem they’re not capable of handling a simple oil change. Imagine if I would have came for something else. I probably would have a vehicle left to drive. Maybe Jason should focus on hiring qualified people who knows what there doing and also work on his attitude. It’s been 10days now and no one has gotten back to me to correct there mistake. I’ve contacted corporate for the last 2 weeks to try and get this resolved and no one from the dealership has contacted corporate back to resolve this issue. I have documents as proof! I thought bringing your vehicle to the dealership for work was safe but I guess I would have been better off going to your local jiffy lube!!! More

I didn't get the agreed up on service1 My tire pressure I didn't get the agreed up on service 1 My tire pressure was not adjusted, the light is still on 3 days after the service. 2 my battery termail was I didn't get the agreed up on service 1 My tire pressure was not adjusted, the light is still on 3 days after the service. 2 my battery termail was not cleaned 3 my fluids were not top of 4 the car was not washed 5 the service engineer did break my glovebox spring. I had to try to fix it some where else I had a coupon for all of the above service, I paid as they asked for, but they didnt do their part. Actually I'm not sure if they do the oil change and tire rotation as they said they have done. Very disappointed this time. Usually they are good place but not this last service. Sad to see this happen. More

Awesome service 👏. I have my 2017 Carolla and my 2020 Tacoma serviced here. The service advisors work with you as far as leaving the car for service and picking up after service. Very happy.
