Very accommodating and excellent service. Your message center is in serious need of attention. We called many times to schedule a visit and no one called us back. I needed to schedule in person. You sent an email scheduling a visit on 9/22. We called 5 times, sent three emails and two texts to say that 9/22 was a holiday and we could not come. You kept sending reminder notices about the scheduled visit on 9/22. Again I needed to come in personally, tell you that I tried to reschedule the visit by phone, text and email to no avail. Your service people were great and took care of the last item but leaving messages on your service call phone number is a disaster. More
