I will not be coming back to this service center. I’ve been coming here for awhile now, yet this last visit for some reason i contemplated heading here being that I have someone who works at a differ I’ve been coming here for awhile now, yet this last visit for some reason i contemplated heading here being that I have someone who works at a different location. But i figured, this place is closer and i always go here so why change it now? I instantly regretted it. My MISTAKE was forgetting to leave my wallet in the car, i take accountability for that. HOWEVER, whether it was the technician, valet, or whoever that got in my car on this last visit took money out of my wallet. WHO DOES THAT? Is your job not paying you enough? Find somewhere else to go. I come here to PAY you money to service my vehicle and you still go in someone’s personal belongings to steal money, PATHETIC! AND I KNOW THE MONEY WAS THERE BECAUSE I PUT A SPECIFIC AMOUNT IN THAT WALLET RIGHT BEFORE I MADE MY WAY THERE. I brought it up to two different managers, Joe and Tim, and they said they could do nothing about. And that there isn’t any cameras in their shop area. You really expect me to believe you have no cameras in the facility? Yea right. All they said they can do is offer me a coupon. LMAO what?! Do not trust this place! TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE. It’s not the first, second or third time I’ve heard negative reviews from this place but i didn’t believe it until it was my turn to experience such horrible service and time there. Never again! More

Out of words. They lost my key then made me leave my work for 2 hours to drive 40 miles there and back to give them my spare so they can get in. After all of this They lost my key then made me leave my work for 2 hours to drive 40 miles there and back to give them my spare so they can get in. After all of this they made a replacment key and attempted to chsrge me for it!!! When l've finslly picked up my car there was no apology, no courtesy. I was made to feel being lucky that the charge for lost key was removed. Service and the work done was top notch, premium as usual but customer service below criticism. Ive been service my cars there for years. Never been so disappointed with the treatment as this time. More
