Details are the ones that count! Today I picked up my XC 90 at the service department after spending over $2,700 in parts and labor. The service rep definitely did a great job to make sure all the charges 90 at the service department after spending over $2,700 in parts and labor. The service rep definitely did a great job to make sure all the charges were taking care off but he did forget that the small details are the ones that make a difference. After the charges were taking care off he got my car and handed to me the keys but I think he forgot at least to check that my car was at least wiped in the outside or even in the inside after expending that amount of money. I am 100% sure that every single car dealership after expending that amount of money will do so. I mentioned to the service manager and he offered to wash my car but I needed to wait for 10 minutes at least. I do appreciate his wiliness to do so but to start he needs to train his service representatives better regarding details and to be a little more proactive specially that my car was ready since Thursday and they knew that I was picking my car on Saturday. This will be the last time I will bring my car over to your dealer for repairs or maintenance after expending so much money and poor customer care. Very disappointed!!!! More

The sales rep, Peter Giordano, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He does not push to sale and have great patient. This was my first service experience since I bought my car. It was a pleasure. Steve made sure to explain in detail what they were doing to my car and since I was in the waiting area, he did come out a car. It was a pleasure. There's a flatscreen TV and coffee and pretty comfortable chairs so I really didn't mind the wait at all. I had been debating on whether or not to service the car at my local shop (that I have been going to for years) - or taking it back to the dealer. Although it may cost me a little more and it's a further drive, I think I have decided to make sure and always bring it to Hassel (Huntington). I like knowing that they are Volvo experts and they can pull up the history on my car on the computer. This car was a big purchase for me and I want to make sure to take very good care of it. More

I dealt with Stephon when having me son's S80 and my daugher's S40 volvos serviced and repaired in March and again this past week. Stephon always dealt with me in a most professional and friendly manner. He identified the problems and then informed me of them and kept me aware of the status of the repairs. Stephon ensured that all repairs were properly completed and got me the best deals possible on my extensive repairs. The quality of work was excellant. I am sorry that the Hassel volvo service area is closing in Huntington and I can no longer relay on Stephon to take such good care of my children's cars. More
