I did so that same day and was treated with great care and service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Stephon is quite an asset to your organization. More
Henry Woloz was one of, if not the nicest automobile salesperson I have every encountered. I leased my 4th Volvo from Hassle after leasing the previous 3 from another dealership. I learned about the vehicle from the American Express Auto Purchase Program. Someone from the dealership contacted me within minutes of completed Amex's on-line application. I had little intention of purchasing the car when I drove to the dealership but rather was interested in comparing pricing and using it to negotiate with the dealership I had a relationship. The minute I sat down with Henry I knew I was going to complete a transaction with him. He took the time to listen to my needs, as well as, allowed me to take a long test drive. The price I was quoted was significantly better than what Palisades Volvo had offered and I decided that Henry deserved the business. I drove away with the car in less than an hour. I leased the vehicle knowing I would have xxxx to pay at home (I didnt consult my wife before signing) because Henry and the Dealership treated my so nicely. I told Hank I bought 3 Volvos from another dealer and he knew why I was there, yet he still spent time with me. He was more surprised than I when I said I wanted the vehicle and would drive it away. I drove an hour out of my way to visit Hassle and it was worth it. More
Before I purchased my volvo, I went from dealership to dealership, getting to know their sales people, their stock and how they relate to customers. I went to volvoville, I went to the dealership in Saint James/Smithtown, I even went so far as Meriden Connecticut. The other dealerships were 'okay' don't get me wrong. But Hassel was so far better than the others there was no question of who I wanted to work with. No question. They consistently go out of their way to provide such excellent service and support. Can you imagine? The service manager driving around with me giving me a personal lesson in how to use the manual shift - geartronic- ! Each time I drop off my car for maintenance, oil changes, or to have something tweaked, its as if the whole car is tended to and minor little adjustments make the driving experience better and better with every visit. Stephan in service is extraordinarily professional, patient and thorough. Its a joy to bring to my car here. I am very glad to have found this particular dealership and, like I said, I checked out places in an hours drive from here before choosing. More

I have a very busy life, so when I entered the showroom I went to the front desk and asked for their most senior sales person. They put me to Peter Giordano to whom I explained that I knew the model and opti went to the front desk and asked for their most senior sales person. He came up with a fair number and we signed the deal. They went trough great efforts to get the color combination that I wanted which was greatly appreciated, even though because of timing I decided to take a car that they had on their anyway. More
Our saleperson Brendan Callender was friendly and professional. All of our questions were answered and easily understood.
