We felt that we were in good hands. We found a vehicle, with the help of Anthony this weekend and had a hit list of items we wanted done, prior to picking up the car. The list was completed, on time and with obvious great care. We got through the paperwork very quickly and drove away happily with a very good experience. This was my first service experience since I bought my car. It was a pleasure. Steve made sure to explain in detail what they were doing to my car and since I was in the waiting area, he did come out a car. It was a pleasure. There's a flatscreen TV and coffee and pretty comfortable chairs so I really didn't mind the wait at all. I had been debating on whether or not to service the car at my local shop (that I have been going to for years) - or taking it back to the dealer. Although it may cost me a little more and it's a further drive, I think I have decided to make sure and always bring it to Hassel (Huntington). I like knowing that they are Volvo experts and they can pull up the history on my car on the computer. This car was a big purchase for me and I want to make sure to take very good care of it. More

We also had some confusion over what the packages included with the car we wanted. We understood that it didn't have GPS when in fact it did. We were happy when we discovered that it had all the amenities we wanted. Needless to say it was alot of back and forth. It all worked out and we ended up with a great car. Anthony was very patient and he did a great job in presenting my wife and I with the car. He explained every feature very well. I dealt with Stephon when having me son's S80 and my daugher's S40 volvos serviced and repaired in March and again this past week. Stephon always dealt with me in a most professional and friendly manner. He identified the problems and then informed me of them and kept me aware of the status of the repairs. Stephon ensured that all repairs were properly completed and got me the best deals possible on my extensive repairs. The quality of work was excellant. I am sorry that the Hassel volvo service area is closing in Huntington and I can no longer relay on Stephon to take such good care of my children's cars. More
