Anthony was great to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. He came in on his day off to meet with me and allowed me to take delivery of the care on a day that the Dealership norm to accommodate our schedule. As both my wife and myself are now semiretired and moved our business to our home. My wife informed me she would like a smaller car. We met Mr Mastroianni and were informed they had two certified Volvo C30's on the lot. One was a automatic and one was a 6 speed. My wife wanted to try the automatic as it was equipped with the items she wanted. We took the car for a ride and my wife made up her mind that she liked the car and within 45 minutes we agreed on a price with our old Volvo and Anthony started to put the paper work in order. He told us we could take the new car home that afternoon and i went to the bank for a certified check. Within an hour everything was ready and we were even given a Fedex envelope to send back the extra set of keys and the title to Hassel. Anthony spend almost an hour showing my wife the various accessories in the car even though the outside temp was in the low 30s. The car was washed and delivered with a full tank of gas. Mr. Mastroianni (Anthony) went out of his way to make me happy. He took the time to go over the inner workings of the car and explain how things worked. All the Volvo cars I have driven were at least 20 years old. He waited patiently, while although I was on time for my appointment, my friend was an hour late. I wasn't going to make a decision without him. Frank, the General Manager, sat with us to do the paperwork to the close the deal and came up with a reasonable combination for coverage and the warranty. Anthony suggested a nice Italian restaurant close by to eat at after we closed the deal. Anthony and I made arrangements so that I could pick up my car the next week. I travelled by train to Port Washington, where he picked me up and drove me to the dealership. I have been enjoying the car, a V70 T5 2001 Volvo ever since. I just came back from a trip to the Hamptons. The car ran great and I didn't have an anxiety or worry about whether I was going to make it there and back as I had in my previous 1992 Volvo. More

When my husband and I decided to take the thirty minute drive and check out the vehicle, it was well worth it. Not only did our salesman, Peter seem very honest and trust-worthy, he was also a human being, which is hard to find at most dealerships because they're just trying to make a sell. I did not feel as if he was taking me for a "ride". Hassel Volvo honored the internet price as well as reducing it to a price that was exceptable, of course I wouldn't have mind if they went lower. I left feeling very satisfied, and even better after picking up the vehicle the following day. The whole Hassel Volvo team has great customer skills and are very friendly.
