I visited the 3 dealers in a 25 mile area The first 2 not so much fun. Than I visited Hassel and came face to face with Cary Bruce. No BS she made my car buying experience pleasant !!! Back in the office, Cary Ann Bruce gave me all the info I could handle. Questions were answered clearly and when she didn't know an answer, she found someone who did. I never felt any pressure to buy and when I came back they were ready to deal on an already excellent price. I was able to go back to the car and check out a few more items and re-inspect it for problems. Once I chose to buy I had a lot of questions about extended warranties, Ann Marie Vivona answered them all leaving me to make the final choices informed and with no pressure. After 40 years and 10 purchases, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Thanks Hassel! More
