My wife and I recently bought an XC60 from Rich. We had negotiated with many dealers and were all set to buy from a dealer in NJ, but Rich insisted that we give him another chance to beat the price. Without Rich's persistence, we would have bought from the other dealer and paid significantly more for our car. Additionally, Rich was a pleasure to deal with.
