The general manager and Ken were extremely helpful in working within my budget, and they also gave me a very fair price on a trade in. Anne-Marie was extremely helpful in expediting all of the paperwork in time for me to pick up my kids. Great experience with my new XC60 Mr Choudry and Mr Ungureanu gave me a fair price on the XC60 and my trade in. I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours. When I got home i noticed wh Mr Choudry and Mr Ungureanu gave me a fair price on the XC60 and my trade in. I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours. When I got home i noticed what looked like scratches on the hood. When I brought it back, it turned out to be some left over glue from the plastic they cover new cars with when they transport them. They took care of it and gave the car a wash to boot. More

Upon learning of our desired specifications, she hunted down the exact vehicle we requires and beat the price of all competitors. She made no attempt to entice us with a more profitable option that we didn't want. Most dealerships try to move their own inventory based on their needs and quotas. Christine was more concerned with supplying us with our specific and exact requests. This was evidenced further on our second purchase which was made a week later. Glen Cove Volvo's price was more competetive than any others from the start without any of the usual back and forth negotiating and drama. Christine, Christina and Grace are all amazing. They make up a sales team that represent themselves more like a sales family. Together, they worked tirelessly to ensure that we were satisfied with the sale rather than just to facilitate the sale. They are sincere and genuine when they say they treat their customers like they would treat their own family. Even their finance associate, Annemarie, was warm, friendly and accommodating. The purchase of a vehicle can be a difficult decision and should not be based on which dealership is closest to your home. For this reason, we ventured 30 miles out of our way to go to Glen Cove Volvo despite their being another dealership less than 2 miles from our home.
