It started with Kristin and Domenick helping me find the right car I had a wonderful car buying experience thanks to the team at Glen Cove Volvo. It started with Kristin and Domenick helping me find the right car for me (a beautiful white S60 R-Design) at a price that worked for my budget. Doing the paperwork and getting approved was painless with the Business Manager, Anne Marie. Although I have some experience in the automotive business, this was my first time personally leasing a new car and she explained every step of the process and happily answered all of my questions. I opted for wheel and tire coverage since the roads around where I live are so terrible and I didn't want to cringe every time I hit one of those moon craters they call potholes. Domenick was an expert on the car. He took the time to explain the features that I didn't understand and set my car up for me when I took delivery. He even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was taking advantage of all of the great options (adaptive cruise control, remote start from my phone!!). Kristin and her team are absolutely top notch and I can't recommend them enough. Buying a car from them was so pleasant that I'm kicking myself for not doing it months ago! More

I had a deposit down for a van, was told I was approved and then found out that it was sold because "I had not been approved." Not being approved with a credit of over 800 does not make sense. Was told I was getting back my deposit and to this day I have not received it. I have called numerous times and even went to the dealer and nothing has happened. Will take the next necessary steps. I decided to visit Glen Cove Volvo and was fortunate to deal with Mr. Jabir Choudhry who is a very competent sales associate. He quickly accessed my needs and Sarah is now the proud owner of a brand new Volvo which we were actually able to pick up on the same day! Mr. Choudhry professionally handled every detail of the transaction including everything up to and including the license plates and insurance. I extend my heartiest congratulations and sincere thanks for a superb job very well done. More

Robbery Beware of taking your car in for service here. My wife took our Volvo XC90 in for an oil change and walked out with a $495 bill! The anti skid light w Beware of taking your car in for service here. My wife took our Volvo XC90 in for an oil change and walked out with a $495 bill! The anti skid light was on which they said they would check and the car key was working intermittently which they also said they would check . In the end, they presented my wife with a $2000 bill to fix the issues and a $495 bill to tell us about the issues. This dealership should be ashamed to rip people off like this! I spoke to Mr. Harris Pepper over the phone and he claims all dealers will charge you to "diagnose issues" . $495 to diagnose an issue? This is a pathetic way to treat loyal customers. I would not recommend doing any business with this place! More
