Surprisingly great car buying experience! Let me start off by saying that I'm not really fond of having to deal with sales people in general. This experience however, was not your typical, pre Let me start off by saying that I'm not really fond of having to deal with sales people in general. This experience however, was not your typical, pressured to the point of frustration, type of experience in purchasing a vehicle. We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Gallo who was our sales associate. He was very knowledgable and extremely patient in helping my wife and I find the XC90 R Design that we built online. We were shown a wide variety of R Designs but unfortunately couldn't find one that my wife and I could agree upon. Left the dealership that evening, went home, got online and came across "THE ONE." Sent the info over to him and got the process started on the search. It was at this point that I was introduced to Kristin. We gave her our budget and off she went to work. She was able to find "THE ONE' later on that week at a price within our budget. Not only were we able to pick up our new R Design on my birthday, but I was also greeted with a birthday cake and " OK " singing....lol! We are extremely happy with our new R Design and our newly found family at GlenCove Volvo. More
