I went with Glassman for two reasons, the first being my girlfriend has met the owner, and had nothing but pleasant things to say about him. So I’m happy to do business with good people. Secondly is Glassma girlfriend has met the owner, and had nothing but pleasant things to say about him. So I’m happy to do business with good people. Secondly is Glassman is the only dealer in my area not charging a BS over msrp “protection plan” on their cars. This combined with the simple clear cut process made me happy to do business at Glassman. Unfortunately the service department did let me down on the day of pickup. I had signed a contract stating I’d take delivery that day but apparently service couldn’t give a clear answer for multiple hours if they could get the vehicle inspected before delivery. This normally isn’t an issue, but the dealership is a 30 minute drive from me. I understood fully delays happen, but I was mainly upset because I couldn’t accept delivery that day when I was told I could, and made plans accordingly. However, I’m still happy to leave a 5 star review because ken my sales guy did a good job, and over all I was very happy. I am happy to keep doing business at Glassman. More

Almost went left. I made an appointment with a representative on the phone for a Saturday. The rep set me up for a shuttle ride home. When I arrived at 8a. I was told I made an appointment with a representative on the phone for a Saturday. The rep set me up for a shuttle ride home. When I arrived at 8a. I was told they don’t have Saturday shuttles. Then to make matters worse, they tell me they can’t perform the recall, and that I would need to make another appointment. I was beyond annoyed. As I was about to leave a technician noticed oil leaking on the floors. They looked under the hood and noticed it was a major leak. That’s when they decided to hoist it up to see where the leak was coming from. Turns out it was actually one of the recalls, the oil feed line. They also performed the 2 other recalls. I was grateful they noticed the leak in the first place because I had no warnings. No warning lights came on nor did I smell anything, but I suspect it had been leaking for weeks, because my brother asked me was i leaking oil because he saw it in his driveway, but I had no idea it had been my car leaking. More
