As always at Glassman's service department, the service advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she brought to my attention that the tread on my tires is getting worn down to th advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tom Kalmeta found my exact Outback, color and all, just about to leave the factory. Initial phone contact to delivery took a mere ten days. Tom and his team were extremely pleasant, attentive, and very businesslike. 10/10 I got a fair price for my trade-in which saved me any hassle of listing and selling it myself. The finance person (whose name I can't remember) was extremely pleasant to deal with. Zero pressure to add dealer options. I travelled from Ann Arbor after an unsatisfactory experience with the Subaru dealer here, who tried to tack on $900 of mandatory dealer "options" for a car that wasn't even there yet. (Still shaking my head.) BTW, I bought a car from Glassman in 1973 - a '73 Olds Cutlass S, that I still have fond memories of. More
