I'm over 70 years old and I don't understand electronics that well but she made me feel like my best friend sitting next to me explaining all the apps...She then a few days later called to make sure everything was still ok and did I have any questions. As always Glassman service is the best. Example of this last week when I ran over a nail, luckily, I purchased tire insurance (great thing to do) when I bought my Genesis.
