While my Wife has purchased 3 cars from them in the past I hope this is truly the last time. She traded in her car after having them service it and they told her it devalued the car and gave her a trade-in I hope this is truly the last time. She traded in her car after having them service it and they told her it devalued the car and gave her a trade-in of $14k because they supposedly had to do more work to it. The next day I see it listed on their website for $22k. They have just proved to me what pond xxxx they truly are. I told my Wife they were full of it and they were supposed to fix the car, not supposedly put a band-aid on it. Very unscrupulous and not worth giving a dealership like this any business. More

This used car dealership is totally dishonest and unethical. After not hearing from the first salesman for 2 days, I decided to drive there to see the vehicle I was willing to buy. I worked with Char unethical. After not hearing from the first salesman for 2 days, I decided to drive there to see the vehicle I was willing to buy. I worked with Charley and agreed to purchase a K5 at the listed price. The write up came back with an “accessories” charge of $1194.50 that they could not even explain to me. There were no accessories added, and Sales Manager Gary could not explain what the charge was for but said they were required to charge that because it is a newer car. He did, however, say he would remove the charge if I financed through them (further proving it was not a legitimate charge). When I pushed them to see the contract for detail of those “accessories” charges, they sent me a pamphlet for an extended warranty. Then on Monday morning (while closed on a Sunday) I received a message that it was sold it to someone else. (??) I’ve never dealt with a worse group of stereotypical “used car salesmen” in my life. My apologies for not being gullible to fall for your fraudulent "accessories" charge. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS More
