I was especially grateful that Johnny from the Mitsubishi dealership stayed with me as I explored all of my options across the different brands. His patience, knowledge, and professionalism made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. Michael G is a very nice guy who works in service, but the service I requested has not been provided yet. The mats in my new car were soiled before I got it. I left a voice message for him to call me ba the service I requested has not been provided yet. The mats in my new car were soiled before I got it. I left a voice message for him to call me back a few days ago, and I'm expecting a return call soon. I'm looking forward to him continuing to help me with my request to improve the mats in my brand-new car. He also answered all my questions concerning some of the features that have been changed. More
