I looked at a lot of different vehicles at a lot of different dealers. I'm in sales and so I don't need a lot xx. Will not provide rentals. Poor customer service. Can not repair Hybrid motors. My son had a check engine and the motor did not act right. The dealer claimed son put 14 quarts Poor customer service. Can not repair Hybrid motors. My son had a check engine and the motor did not act right. The dealer claimed son put 14 quarts of oil in a 2.0 motor. Then they used his free oil change to diagnose it. The car drove to the tow truck. after 3 weeks and their oil change engine seized according to them. They then quoted him a engine replacement option. When we got second opinion they found the engine not seized but they could not diagnose because Glassman being a certified dealer claimed it was. bad due to our fault and Hyundai does not repair motors any way...The certified dealer it went to was thousands of dollars cheaper. Now 3k miles later the crank sensor light came on,. Read by a scanner. Took again to Glassman being the closest dealer. Because it still was not on they refused to check. They said if we wanted to pay we could leave it. But they would not provide rental. They don't have rentals or loaners, and were very pleased to show Hyundai paperwork showing your out of luck. So we had to drive 40 miles to competitor. which will help. They are quick to say not our problem Hyundai has no customer appreciation. Claim there are no exceptions but admit there are 10's of thousands of pre 2018 models being under special maintenance for oil consumption. This model is a first year hybrid using the same old problematic technology with additions. More
