Glassman Kia is a solid place to learn about Kia Cars. It's clean and has a nice environment. Not the best customer care but it was ok. It's very masculine and not people friendly. In my opinion. I liked and appreciated my salesman "Joshua" and he kept things moving and never pushed or tried to hard sell or upsell me on anything. I didn't like that they didn't have my extra car key and my car wasn't washed thoroughly. It looked like it had just been hosed down. I understand it had gotten dark outside but when I saw it in the morning, I could tell it was still very dirty. Overall the experience was comfortable and I got the car I wanted. More
2024 bought slightly used 2023 Outback LX. Thought to trade/upgrade. Sales did great job w/ requests made. But, decided to keep and pay off my first choice. Every employee I met during the purchase process was outgoing, pleasant, and helpful. Additionally, and most importantly, I felt the salesperson I worked with was honest and wanted me to receive the ri outgoing, pleasant, and helpful. Additionally, and most importantly, I felt the salesperson I worked with was honest and wanted me to receive the right car for me at the best price he could give me. The following is a point I want to mention (which has nothing to do with treatment by any employee) but is something to think about. The very last step in the process is the very lengthy financial paperwork. The add-ons are discussed. There were add-ons I wanted, e.g., tire protection, but I really did not think about the cost in the whirlwind of choosing a car. During the final stage of the purchase, when it was discussed, I was very surprised at how expensive it had become since I leased my last car. It was my fault not to have asked in advance. It increased the monthly payment considerably and caught me off guard. It is something that should be discussed earlier in the process so the customer has complete knowledge of the final cost of their purchase. More
