I have a 2019 Subaru Impreza which had been serviced where it was purchased. On recommendation of a friend, I came to Glassman. This was my first appointment for an oil change in the Service Departmen where it was purchased. On recommendation of a friend, I came to Glassman. Mathew, the technician, came out and also answered questions about the inspection. Other necessary services were provided as anticipated. I found staff to be positive, knowledgeable and very helpful from being greeted on arrival to the cashier at the end. I drove out of service when I remembered that I needed a change on my dash board but did not know how to do it. When I came back in the staff recognized that I had just left and immediately came to the car. A service person got in and was able to make the adjustment. I will definitely will return to get service from this location. More
