Run over on the trade in! I went to Glassman expecting to get a fair deal on both my trade in and purchase. Their trade in appraisal came in at $2,000 when I was asking $4,300. I went to Glassman expecting to get a fair deal on both my trade in and purchase. Their trade in appraisal came in at $2,000 when I was asking $4,300. The sales person said "Well with the mileage we will probably sell it for $3-4K. Imaging my surprise when I see the car listed on their website for $7,500! I knew I should have went with my initial instinct and walked, however, the sales person was very persuasive causing me to doubt my information. In the end it was my choice to accept what they were giving me, as I was to naïve at the time to think they were not being fair. I'll never go back nor do I recommend you going there either. More
