Sarah Moilanen was outstanding On Thursday 5/05 I was driving on I-696 from Royal Oak towards my hospital job in Novi when I developed a flat tire on my rear driver side. I called AAA and was towed to Glassman Subaru in Southfield for service. The tire for my leased 2016 Subaru Legacy wasn't in stock, so I had to go to work on a spare. The communication from Sarah Moilanen in the service department was exceptional. I'm a pharmacist and good communication matters. And because I work a lot, reliable transportation matters even more. All diagnostics were run and repairs were made in a very timely manner. They were very concerned about our safety when we asked about leaving it alone vs repair. We have never been steered wrong with them and as you can see we have a long standing relationship with Glassman. We have many other dealerships closer to our home, but drive to Glassman for our service and when the time comes for any new vehichles. You can't go wrong with a solid family and a service department that has had the same people for years. That's what I call dependability!!! More
