A wonderful surprise thanks to Sarah! My rear view mirror came off in my hands when adjusting. I called the dealership, took my car in the next day to have the problem checked out to see My rear view mirror came off in my hands when adjusting. I called the dealership, took my car in the next day to have the problem checked out to see what the cost might be to fix it. MUCH to my surprise, Sarah came to me in the customer waiting lounge, which by the way is very comfortable, and told me that it was an easy fix, my car was ready and lo and behold I did not owe anything. Very unfriendly Sales Manager I wanted to buy a car. The salesman was very nice and trying to help me with my questions and he had to consult his manager for the price, etc. The sa I wanted to buy a car. The salesman was very nice and trying to help me with my questions and he had to consult his manager for the price, etc. The sales manager was very rude and unfriendly. He almost kicked me out of the place because I was asking for a reasonable reduction of $1,500 from the total. There should be more friendly ways to communicate with the customer I guess. I am disappointed. More
