Manipulative and Dishonest I went to Glassman Kia to purchase my new kia soul after much shopping and investigation. I chose to go here because they worked with True Car throug I went to Glassman Kia to purchase my new kia soul after much shopping and investigation. I chose to go here because they worked with True Car through Sams Club and I wouldn’t have to haggle for a price. I already knew prices of the cars, incentives and had been preapproved by my credit union for a great rate. When I met with Mike Anderson, the sales person, we negotiated a good price and they agreed that they would match the interest rate of my credit union. After waiting for 3 hours in the dealership, I signed initial papers. I was then called into the finance office to sign my final paperwork. The interest rate on this paperwork was 2 points higher than what I agreed to and the finance manager stated that with my credit I did not fall into the agreed interest rate category. I already knew my credit and it was very good. After three hours in the dealer, this had not been disclosed to my by the salesperson or sales manager. Each of the people I spoke to stated that they did not realize this was not disclosed. They all took advantage of a senior citizen. Everyone I dealt with was extremely dishonest and manipulative to just close the sale. I do not recommend going to this dealer. More
