Terrible new car experience We purchased a lease car in February of this year, or so we thought. We specifically asked for a loaded car direct from the factory. When we arrived i We purchased a lease car in February of this year, or so we thought. We specifically asked for a loaded car direct from the factory. When we arrived in April we called and their was no record of this purchase. After waiting a long period the owner called us and said they had found it. We went to turn in our lease car and pick up the new one and we found it did not have all the equipment promised and it did not come from the factory but a dealer in Ohio. We ended up paying an additional amount to add the equipment we wanted. We were treated unfairly and with disdain. This was our third purchase from this dealership and our last. They fired the good folks and now have inept ones. More

Manipulative and Dishonest I went to Glassman Kia to purchase my new kia soul after much shopping and investigation. I chose to go here because they worked with True Car throug I went to Glassman Kia to purchase my new kia soul after much shopping and investigation. I chose to go here because they worked with True Car through Sams Club and I wouldn’t have to haggle for a price. I already knew prices of the cars, incentives and had been preapproved by my credit union for a great rate. When I met with Mike Anderson, the sales person, we negotiated a good price and they agreed that they would match the interest rate of my credit union. After waiting for 3 hours in the dealership, I signed initial papers. I was then called into the finance office to sign my final paperwork. The interest rate on this paperwork was 2 points higher than what I agreed to and the finance manager stated that with my credit I did not fall into the agreed interest rate category. I already knew my credit and it was very good. After three hours in the dealer, this had not been disclosed to my by the salesperson or sales manager. Each of the people I spoke to stated that they did not realize this was not disclosed. They all took advantage of a senior citizen. Everyone I dealt with was extremely dishonest and manipulative to just close the sale. I do not recommend going to this dealer. More
