He was cordial and presented me with other options for vehicle purchase. Went with an upgraded vehicle (more features) instead of one on internet sale. Was given a set of keys and went on test ride. I did not do highway though because to do so would have added several extra miles on test drive. The only thing I wanted changed was they did not consult with my credit union for financing. I later went and got a loan at a better rate (2%) than at bank. I had previously purchased a car at dealership and love the service I received in the past. So Glassman will continue to get future purchases. More
