Promises broken, No integrity. We have leased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and didn't have issues, plus we love the service department. A few months ago I We have leased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and didn't have issues, plus we love the service department. A few months ago I attempted to return my Kia and lease a Hyundai instead. My salesperson, Bill Marx, assured me numerous times that it wouldn't be a problem to leave the Kia at the Hyundai dealership and there would be no repercussions for doing so. He went so far as to say that if I received a fee from Kia, he would take care of it. In fact, Kia charged me a disposition fee and Bill disappeared. After at least 2 months of repeated attempts to get an answer from him and the fee from Kia going to a collection agency, he responded that there was nothing he could do. This is not how a business should run. Doing anything to seal the deal without any integrity is the very reason I will never go to this dealership again. I am unaware if the management condones such behavior, but they should be ashamed of the incredibly disingenuous and unscrupulous sales going on under their roof. Angrier than you know. More
