It was not a needed recall as my car didn't have the towing package. I spent 1.5 hours there just for a few pictures taken and verified. Our salesperson Brittanie was fantastic! But, had issues with incorrect information given to us by the sales manager and we felt pressured by finance person on alternate warranty products.
