If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Glassman, Shannon, and Management was nothing short of infuriating. After days of back-and-forth, including written/signed paperwork My experience at Glassman, Shannon, and Management was nothing short of infuriating. After days of back-and-forth, including written/signed paperwork that clearly laid out the trade-in value of my car, they completely backtracked on the deal. They had full knowledge from the start that I was financing through my own credit union—not through them. I even left work early two separate days to check out the car, and after being told everything was set, I put down a deposit. Then the next day, Shannon called and changed the trade-in value, claiming it was only valid if I financed through them—something that was never once mentioned, and completely contradicted what had already been agreed to in writing. This was a blatant bait-and-switch. They wasted three days of my time, and not once did anyone apologize. Instead, Shannon tried to gaslight me, saying the deal was never what we had agreed on, despite the signed paperwork. To make things worse, the manager Gary was completely unprofessional and unwilling to make the situation right. He made no effort to work with us or honor the original agreement, and frankly, acted as though our time and business meant nothing. This was shady, frustrating, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. More
