Glanzmann Service Department Came Through! I recently had a few warning lights displayed on my 2014 Forrester. I called Glanzmann, although I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, and the serv I recently had a few warning lights displayed on my 2014 Forrester. I called Glanzmann, although I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, and the service dept said to bring it by the next afternoon so they could take a look. Arrived at 4:30pm and within an hour, not only had they checked the warning lights, they changed out a switch that was causing it--all under warranty. Very professional group of people. Good job! Subaru Baja Service My 2003 Baja needed a replacement anti-sway bar, as well as 90,000 mile interval maintenance. Dan Geist, whom we have known and trusted for more than My 2003 Baja needed a replacement anti-sway bar, as well as 90,000 mile interval maintenance. Dan Geist, whom we have known and trusted for more than 15 years, handled everything in the most satisfactory manner possible, which is exactly what we have experienced with Glanzmann since 1999. Dan arranged for a loaner, and took me out to the parking lot for a walk-around inspection of the loaner before I took possession of it . When the technician discovered leaking valve cover gaskets on the Baja that needed to be replaced, Dan informed me immediately that the work needed to be done, but that there would be no charge for it because of head gasket repair we had paid for in February 2014. My Baja was ready to pick up at 6:00 PM the same day I dropped it off for service, with all the 90,000 mile maintenance completed, as well as the new anti-say bar and bushings installed. Dan even made sure that, since the February 2014 head gasket repair had included flushing and replacing engine coolant, the coolant was not replaced on this visit, which was a considerable savings. Finally, I was able to receive a $110.00 discount by using a service coupon. I can't say enough good things about Glanzmann service. Whether we are helped by Dan, David, Jesse or Allie, we are always completely satisfied. More
