From the valets moving the cars, to the ladies helping you check in or out, the team at Glanzmann does an exceptional job of putting the customer first. Glanzmann provides honest information, expertise, and courteousness that I wish more businesses would emulate. David Ullman is the Service Advisor for my Subee. He reminds me about important service checkpoints, and patiently answers any questions or concerns I might have about my car. Thank you! More

From the day we walked in the door looking for our fourth Subaru (having dealt with another dealer with whom we were dissatisfied) to each service visit (and they are rare since my Subaru works great), the people at Glanzmann have been courteous, helpful, honest, and informative. My visit today was a prime example. David Ullman in Service had me checked in by 7:30 a.m., answered my questions, and I was on the road before 8:30 a.m. I definitely recommend Glanzmann. More

Annual state inspection Jesse scheduled the appointment at our convenience. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and welcomed me with a handshake. He advised me that the morning was busy but that our inspection would be completed as quickly as possible. I relaxed and read newspaper and magazines in the waiting area. After a reasonable amount of time, Jesse came to tell me the vehicle was ready. There were no additional charges, no maintenance needed, and because of the age and low mileage of the vehicle it was exempt from the emission inspection requirement. The price for the whole service was so ridiculously low that I would be embarrassed to quote it here. I left as happy as could be. More

After leasing a new 2015 Subaru Forester, wanted to get a rear bumper cover to protect it. $79 for the part and $33 to install it. It will give us peace of mind because we have to put Mother's wheelchair in and wanted the added protection. Great job! You want to go where "they always know your name and they're always glad you came"!! More

The attendant at my local gas station told me I needed a new tire. I called Glantzmann and spoke to David Ullman. Although there were no available appointments, David understood my situation and was able to get me back on the road with a brand new tire in about an hour. My family and I are very grateful! By the way, about six months earlier, we had a very pleasant sales experience with Keith Onorata. I will have no hesitation recommending Glantzmann Subaru to all our friends! More
