Always a pleasure I have been coming to the Glanzmann dealership/service center since my purchase in October 2013. I have had the pleasure of working with Jesse Brodma I have been coming to the Glanzmann dealership/service center since my purchase in October 2013. I have had the pleasure of working with Jesse Brodman since my 1st servicing appointment. I am always greeted with a welcomed smile. The customer service is EXCELENT! I come in to get what I need, I am never bombarded with the "you need this" or "you should get this" that I have heard from people that go to other servicing centers UNLESS it is something that I really truly need. I can honestly say, I do look forward to my servicing appointments. :) More

Glanzmann people are the best Today I took my new car to replace my tire that got a hole in it from the road I was on. I called today to schedule an appointment after work and they Today I took my new car to replace my tire that got a hole in it from the road I was on. I called today to schedule an appointment after work and they were able to fit me in. I was greeted by Dan Geist who I had spoken to on the phone. He listened to my experience about the tire incident. He took the info to process the car. In a short amount of time the tire was replaced. I found out I was eligible for a free tire replacement. I was thrilled and Dan also discussed about coming in for my oil change In 500. I was happy with the pleasant wonderful and prompt service I received today. It is such a pleasure to deal with the great people at glanzmann, I look forward to my oil change on my car. I left there with a smile on my face. More
