We took it in without an appointment, willing to let it sit for a couple days if necessary and rent a car in the meantime. Jesse completely took care of us - took the car, gave us a loaner, got the repair done the same day. This was literally and emotionally a life-saver. We can't recommend Glanzmann more highly! We've bought four cars there, but I think it's the service that keeps us coming back. They're not exactly cheap, but they're fair and they do a great job and they really take care of us. We aren't about to buy a car, or get service anywhere else. More

We no longer live nearby, and getting regular service there is certainly a good deal less convenient than it used to be, but we keep going back anyway. Annual State Inspection My appointment was for 7:30am and my service advisor, Dan Geist, met with me on time. We went over what I had requested to be done which included stat My appointment was for 7:30am and my service advisor, Dan Geist, met with me on time. We went over what I had requested to be done which included state inspection, oil change (which I supplied my own Mobil-1 oil previously purchased) replace two headlights (which I supplied both new bulbs), and get estimate on replacing broken console lid. At about 8:45, Dan met with me again to go over what they found and provide an update on status of the inspection. The vehicle passed all required inspection items, there are some wheel bearings that may need to be replaced in the near future, and he gave me an estimate of the replacement of console lid. I told him the lid and the bearings would scheduled at a future date. Her was extremely courteous and answered my questions. At about 10:20, my vehicle was done. More
